Barry J. Martzahl, CFP , CIMA

Barry is a Managing Director with Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley dedicated to helping meet the complex needs of today’s institutional and private clients.
Barry has focused on helping to meet the needs of institutional and private clients since 1985. He is the founding member of the Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group, Green Bay WI office where he is supported by a consulting team, analyst group and operations staff dedicated to serving client needs.
Barry has more than 31 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he has dedicated his career to working exclusively with corporations, retirement plans, foundations and endowments, school districts and other Institutional investors. He also provides planning and investment strategies to help meet the unique needs of high-net-worth families. As a Managing Director, Barry is responsible for strategic policy, portfolio optimization and investment manager allocation and investment strategies, conducting extensive research and evaluation on investment management firms, helping to form comprehensive investment and spending policy statements and delivering performance measurement and monitoring services and ongoing Trustee education.
Barry completed the E.F. Hutton training program in 1985, a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, Barry attended the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, completing coursework in conjunction with the Investment Management Consultants AssociationSM (IMCA) that resulted in certification as a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). He has also successfully completed the Certified Investment Strategist (CIS) program introduced by IMCA in conjunction with New York University’s Stern School of Business. Barry has earned the right to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP), a designation granted by the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERT Board of Standards, Inc., by successfully completing initial and ongoing certification requirements.
Barry is a 2014-2015 member of Morgan Stanley’s Chairman’s Club, a distinction awarded to a select group of Morgan Stanley’s financial advisors. He is a past member of the Directors Advisory Group (DAG), which was designed to represent the views of the 18,000 financial advisors in the firm’s policymaking process, that served both Citigroup and Smith Barney CEOs, Chairmen, and Senior Directors. Barry has been recognized by Barron’s, as one of America’s Top 1,200 Advisors, in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Barry’s past and current community activities include serving the Resurrection Parish Finance Committee, Co-Chair Notre Dame Academy Tritonfest, Jackie Nitschke Center, Bay-Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America and the UW-GB Founders Association.
Rebecca A. McCormick, CFP, CRPS

Rebecca McCormick serves clients with solid retirement plan solutions by assisting plan sponsors with their fiduciary responsibilities and helping drive better outcomes for plan participants.
As a Corporate Retirement Director, Becky focuses on the retirement plan marketplace and advising corporate retirement plan sponsors plan participants. Today, many individuals are not saving or not saving enough to enjoy a comfortable retirement or leave a desired legacy to their children. She assists plan sponsors by engaging and educating plan participants to demonstrate the importance of a savings plan and guides participants in developing a plan to help achieve a comfortable retirement. Becky takes the time to work with participants to structure a portfolio in an effort to achieve the right balance of risk and return in accordance with their goals.
Becky has over 31 years of industry experience, including 22 years at Morgan Stanley, having joined Graystone Consulting – The Martzahl Group in 1994. Prior to that, she worked for a retirement plan administration firm and a bank trust department where she garnered the technical knowledge that many retirement plan consultants may not have. This knowledge has allowed her to bring value to her relationships with plan sponsor and plan participants.
She has been recognized among the “Top Women Advisors of 2015” by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). As a testament to her dedication and commitment to retirement planning and financial planning, she has earned the CRPS designation and is a CFP practitioner. As a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), Becky has demonstrated her knowledge and experience in providing advice and guidance to employers offering defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Becky has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) designation which provides her with the knowledge and tools to understand how to develop specific strategies to minimize taxes, protect assets, maximize growth and transfer wealth.
Becky is a warm and friendly person who welcomes the opportunity to meet new people and learn about their life experiences. For fun and relaxation, she enjoys boating, gardening and spending time with her dogs. She is passionate about the well-being of animals and volunteers her time working with no-kill animal shelters and supporting local organizations, such as the Bay Area Human Society and Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary.
Hans D. Anderson, CIMA
Director of Business Strategy
Hans is a Vice President with Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group in their Green Bay WI office. Hans assists foundations/endowments, corporate retirement plans, school districts and high-net-worth families by generating custom reports, conducting manager and custodian searches and updating investment policy statements. Hans serves as a relationship manager for many institutional clients.
Hans has over 21 years of industry experience including 18 years with Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group, joining in 1998. Previously, he worked with a Chicago based investment management firm.
Hans is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and has completed the course of study at the University of California - Berkeley offered in conjunction with IMCA that resulted in certification as a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). Hans earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Hans’ community activities include volunteer work for the Bay-Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America.
Thomas S. Peebles

Thomas is an Institutional Consulting Analyst with Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group in their Green Bay WI office. Thomas assists the Financial Advisors with their clients through report generation and manager research.
Thomas joined Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group in January 2013 and is a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business with a BBA in Finance.

Jake joined Graystone Consulting - The Martzahl Group in 2015 after 7 years at a retirement plan consulting firm. Jake is a 2010 graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Finance.
